This is every one of the coin's top 100 holders, read straight from Solana, with one question answered for each: has this wallet ever signed a transaction? Wallets that never have are in bunker and are the only ones bunk pays. The rest are exposed. Nothing here is self reported. It is the chain's own history of each address.

Getting into bunker
Make a new wallet and do nothing with it. From your current wallet, send your coins to the new address. The new wallet now holds the coin and has never signed. bunk will find it on its next pass, mark it in bunker, and start counting its tenure from the trading volume at that moment. It is paid at every fees action for as long as it stays in the top 100 and signs nothing. The day you want to sell, you sign, and that wallet is done. Anything it was owed and had not yet been sent goes back into the next claim.
The list covers the top 100 holders because that is what can be read and rechecked honestly on every pass. A wallet outside the top 100 is not scored and not paid. A wallet with a very long history, 100 transactions or more at first sight, is marked exposed without reading every one, since a wallet that busy has signed.
